Saying Goodbye to Chloë

Chloë's ashes went into the fire at the Fantasy Forest Festival in 2023, according to Chloë's final wishes, inside with a beautiful green and blue dragon, created by her friend and writer Beth Webb. As the dragon went up in flames, Chloë's final words and wisdom rang out across the festival.

Here we stand, together,

Mighty and strong,

accepting we are vulnerable in who we are,

And still,

unafraid to be so.

We have travelled and created a most magical realm.

Truly a world anew,

Where we dare,

to revel in happiness and love.

And where we dare once more to dream with our eyes open, (once more).

We stand - proud yet humble,

Knowing that we matter,

And that we are more than the sum of our parts.

(and) We know that saying goodbye,

Is not a defeat,

(But) it is (being) part of a great beginning.

We stand grounded,

Contemplating but (and) at rest.

(As) we know our power (and might),

comes from respect and acceptance,

Not from violence or hate.

Together, we send out our energy to all other plains.

Together, We hold fast.

Together, we share our dreams

And together, we let the bear’s roar be heard across the realms!
